Requirements
- Product management experience in an agency, startup, or product environment.
- Track record contributing to AI-powered features, tools, or workflow systems.
- Ability to own requirements definition, roadmap contribution, sprint planning, prioritization, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience building or prototyping with AI tools.
- Experience vibe coding functional demos, prompting and chaining AI APIs, or exploring new model capabilities.
- Fluency across the generative AI landscape and judgment about what is newly possible and worth building.
- Experience working in hybrid contexts across internal and client project tooling.
- Ability to communicate technical workstreams clearly to clients and translate client needs into build directions.
- Experience working alongside or within cross-functional product teams, including creative technology and engineering partners.
- Experience contributing to AI-focused client conversations or discovery work is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product management workstreams for AI tools, workflows, and accelerators.
- Define requirements, contribute to roadmaps, plan sprints, prioritize work, and document decisions.
- Prototype functional demos and test new AI model capabilities.
- Turn open-ended briefs or emerging capabilities into defined workstreams, priorities, and next steps.
- Partner with creative technologists and product designers as a peer contributor.
- Translate client needs into concrete build directions for technical teams.
- Explain team work and emerging AI capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage backlogs and sprint cadence across internal experiments and structured client delivery.
