Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer success role.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience building, testing, and troubleshooting marketing automations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing email deliverability and contact lists.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Availability Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Set up and launch Facebook advertising campaigns following a standardized checklist.
- Set up and launch email marketing campaigns including importing lists and configuring automations.
- Set up and launch SMS marketing campaigns per compliance requirements.
- Clean and prepare client contact lists.
- Test campaign components before launch completion.
- Communicate directly with healthcare providers via email and video call to collect assets and account access.
- Guide non-technical clients through pre-launch setup requirements.
- Document all communication in CRM and escalate issues to team lead.
