- Experience in healthcare innovation (e.g., deploying AI tools).
- Experience in payer/provider collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership in quality oversight, clinical governance, or program development.
- Experience validating and integrating AI or digital tools in healthcare.
- Familiarity with radiology quality improvement programs (e.g., peer review).
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Established credibility within the radiology community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure AI-identified errors and omissions are validated through rigorous clinical review.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and monitoring of radiologist partners.
- Lead clinical validation of new AI tools for diagnostic accuracy and patient impact.
- Provide clinical governance for Guide and Match programs.
- Develop reporting frameworks that measure quality outcomes.
- Represent the clinical perspective in cross-functional collaborations.
- Serve as clinical ambassador in payer, provider, and employer discussions.
- Contribute to team building through interview panels.
