Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership (CRO, VP Commercial, or Head of Revenue)
  • Built and led commercial teams of 10–25
  • Strong RevOps muscle: CRM, pipeline reporting, weighted forecasting, attribution modelling
  • Builder mindset for SOPs, playbooks, and cadences
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive communication skills
  • Track record of driving NRR above 100%
  • Experience scaling a commercial engine from 10M to 30M+ ARR
  • Excellent async written communication

Responsibilities

  • Win and manage key firm partner relationships
  • Scale revenue engine across both business units
  • Drive retention, expansion, and NRR > 100%
  • Build the Commercial operating system
  • Build and lead the Commercial team (Head of Firms, Head of Vendors, etc.)
  • Build forecasting, scorecard, and reporting infrastructure
  • Implement CRM and RevOps tooling
