Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership (CRO, VP Commercial, or Head of Revenue)
- Built and led commercial teams of 10–25
- Strong RevOps muscle: CRM, pipeline reporting, weighted forecasting, attribution modelling
- Builder mindset for SOPs, playbooks, and cadences
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive communication skills
- Track record of driving NRR above 100%
- Experience scaling a commercial engine from 10M to 30M+ ARR
- Excellent async written communication
Responsibilities
- Win and manage key firm partner relationships
- Scale revenue engine across both business units
- Drive retention, expansion, and NRR > 100%
- Build the Commercial operating system
- Build and lead the Commercial team (Head of Firms, Head of Vendors, etc.)
- Build forecasting, scorecard, and reporting infrastructure
- Implement CRM and RevOps tooling
