Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in a consumer-facing digital business.
- At least 6+ years of experience leading high-performing tech teams.
- Strong full-stack technical foundation (code, architecture).
- Experience with CRM or marketing technology systems (ideally Salesforce).
- Commercial acumen regarding customer journeys and sales/marketing funnels.
- Experience identifying and delivering AI and automation projects.
- Experience in a lean, high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Define tech strategy and roadmap aligned to commercial priorities.
- Lead end-to-end engineering planning and delivery across product, platform, and infrastructure.
- Manage CRM and marketing technology stacks and data architecture.
- Oversee vendor and partner management, including integrations with loyalty programmes and financial institutions.
- Hire and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance within Swiss and EU regulatory contexts.
