- 5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or a Founder's Office role
- Proven track record of building workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences
- Experience breaking down undefined problems into prioritized workstreams and clear steps
- Comfortable with CRM, automation, and project management tooling
- Marketing and business intuition to understand audience, timing, and messaging
- Curiosity and builder-first mindset regarding technical and AI products
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts like APIs, webhooks, or MCPs
Responsibilities
- Build and own account outreach and nurturing motions from scratch
- Improve website conversion and CRM handoff processes
- Manage press, social, and brand projects around founder-led priorities
- Build dashboards, alerts, and operating cadences that keep the team moving, accountable, and improving
- Turn founder-led motions into campaigns, workflows, and repeatable playbooks
- Use AI tools and automation to drive system improvements
