Requirements
- FNP, WHNP, or PA with national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted license in one or more states where Tia provides care.
- 3+ years of post-graduate APP experience in primary care and women’s health.
- Experience in routine gynecology, contraception, STIs, and mental health.
- Strong comfort translating in-person clinical judgment into virtual care delivery.
- High comfort with technology, EHRs, telemedicine platforms, and AI-supported documentation.
- Commitment to shared decision-making and inclusive, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality virtual care across women’s health, primary care, urgent care concerns, and wellness needs.
- Support virtual annual visits, birth control counseling, STI screening, and vaginal infection consults.
- Manage common virtual primary care needs, including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, and depression.
- Remotely triage, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients through virtual and chat-based tools.
- Share clinical insight to improve Tia’s virtual workflows, care model, and documentation tools.
- Partner with providers, RNs, and clinical leaders to support a consistent virtual patient experience.
