Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record managing $2M+ in annual Google Ads spend across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Deep, hands-on command of Google Ads audit, structural analysis, bidding strategy, and feed quality.
  • Expert-level understanding of Google Shopping feed architecture.
  • Meaningful experience with Performance Max, asset group structure, and audience signal strategy.
  • Direct people management experience including coaching and performance management.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically LLMs like Claude for workflow automation.
  • Executive-level communication skills for high-level client presentations and updates.
  • Strong analytical foundation in budget modeling and incrementality frameworks.
  • DTC or performance marketing agency background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level relationships with strategic clients, serving as primary escalation point and strategic counsel.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and connect search outcomes to broader client revenue goals.
  • Design and own end-to-end AI automation workflows for Google Shopping feed optimization using Claude.
  • Develop automated ad copy generation and testing pipelines to improve team efficiency.
  • Define evaluation criteria and quality control processes for AI-generated outputs.
  • Educate and upskill the team on AI automation capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and address risks to account health and budget pacing.
