Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Search Specialist, SEM Specialist, PPC Specialist, or equivalent
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Experience managing and optimizing PPC budgets with a track record of ROI improvements
- Deep understanding of keyword research methodologies, match types, and bid management
- Experience running campaigns across multiple search engines, Google and Bing at minimum
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and equivalent platforms
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and consumer intent
- Managing and optimizing PPC budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitoring and analyzing SEM performance metrics to translate data into actionable optimization strategies
- Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
- Conducting ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of search trends
- Analyzing campaign and audience data to inform broader marketing strategy
- Keeping up to date with the latest paid search advancements and fintech marketing regulations
