Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEM management within Google and Bing
- Strong command of keyword strategy, match type frameworks, and Smart Bidding
- Understanding of core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, Quality Score)
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Experience with Google Ads Editor
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and 50+ campaigns monthly
- Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
- Perform ongoing campaign optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, and ad copy
- Design and execute structured tests using the TELO framework
- Monitor account health and budget pacing across a book of business
- Translate performance data into insights for client reports and internal documentation
- Collaborate with Senior Media Strategists to align search execution with broader strategy
