Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEM management within Google and Bing
  • Strong command of keyword strategy, match type frameworks, and Smart Bidding
  • Understanding of core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, Quality Score)
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and 50+ campaigns monthly
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
  • Perform ongoing campaign optimizations including keywords, bids, audiences, and ad copy
  • Design and execute structured tests using the TELO framework
  • Monitor account health and budget pacing across a book of business
  • Translate performance data into insights for client reports and internal documentation
  • Collaborate with Senior Media Strategists to align search execution with broader strategy
