Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or three years of UPS experience.
- Proven experience in supply chain management and/or ocean freight and customer relations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ocean freight experience (Required).
- Intermediate Excel skills (Required).
- Proven experience delivering customer service in direct customer-facing environments (Required).
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with global locations for seamless goods movement.
- Foster relationships with international UPS offices, update SOPs, and ensure operational compliance.
- Drive business growth by conducting strategic customer meetings and reviewing KPIs.
- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Oversee document management and corrective action plans to ensure origin compliance.
- Provide business analysis reports to support shipping activity assessments and vendor compliance.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.
- Act as a customer advocate to resolve pricing, service, and relationship issues.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact to full integration.
