Requirements

  • Proven track record of improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) in an agency or professional services setting.
  • Deep expertise in strategic account leadership, focusing on increasing client Lifetime Value (LTV) and relationship stickiness.
  • Strong executive presence with experience acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage KPIs including client health scores, referral rates, and expansion revenue.
  • Advanced conflict resolution and mediation skills for complex client and resource challenges.
  • Proven history of leading and scaling high-performing Account Management teams.
  • Deep familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Experience with operational performance management and cross-functional collaboration with PMO and Delivery leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Agency experience managing billable hours and retainer-based relationships preferred.
  • Proficiency in data-driven storytelling and translating complex data into business narratives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve team efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own Net Retention Rate (NRR) and Gross Retention Rate (GRR) metrics while developing early warning systems for at-risk accounts.
  • Manage executive-level relationships within the HubSpot partner ecosystem to maximize resource utilization.
  • Define frameworks to transition account managers into strategic partners focused on long-term client roadmaps.
  • Oversee standardized QBR processes to translate technical milestones into C-suite-level business ROI.
  • Drive commercial growth by partnering with Sales and Strategy to identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Define and refine the client journey map from initial handoff through renewal.
  • Collaborate with VP of Strategy and Delivery leaders to align client goals with operational execution.
