Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in a dynamic team environment.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
- Exceptional comfort navigating web apps, mobile interfaces, and hosting interactive web events (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx).
- High energy and clarity when speaking on camera.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead a team.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for the Career Edge app and website.
- Guide participants through initial setup, profile completion, and navigation of platform features.
- Design, schedule, and facilitate high-energy virtual orientations.
- Conduct interactive remote professional development workshops using web conferencing software.
- Execute targeted digital outreach campaigns via social media, email, and text.
- Provide concierge-level remote assistance to participants navigating online portals.
- Assist participants with intakes, self-assessments, document uploading, and application submissions.
- Deliver person-centered support via chat, email, and video calls.
- Document virtual customer service workflows, attendee logs, and engagement points.
