Responsibilities
- Hold daily consultations with around 20 qualified leads.
- Quickly establish rapport, identify client needs, and obtain signed retainers.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of California criminal law and firm defense strategies.
- Respond confidently to client inquiries and explain firm approach.
- Provide support to clients feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Embody firm dedication to excellence and white-glove service.
- Establish an exceptional client experience from the first call.
