Responsibilities
- Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
- Take inbound, pre-screened leads remotely.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
- Educate families on customized senior care options.
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
- Reach daily production benchmarks including inbound and outbound calls.
- Schedule tours for families to drive move-ins.
