- Ability to work a 40-hour schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for families searching for senior care solutions.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
- Educate families on customized senior care options.
- Connect families to senior living communities and home care providers.
- Manage inbound pre-screened leads while working remotely.
- Maintain strong schedule adherence.
- Meet daily production benchmarks for inbound and outbound calls.
- Schedule tours for families to drive move-ins.
