Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
- Documented track record of sales achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%.
- Must be located within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory area.
- Independently source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with key educational stakeholders.
- Work closely with and provide mentorship to a Junior Sales Representative.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
