Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing (lifecycle, CRM, growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Analytical fluency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with forecasting and modeling
- Familiarity with CRM/ESP platforms (Iterable, Braze, SFMC, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma, Tableau, or Looker)
- Strong QA instincts
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute and support programs across upgrades, loyalty campaigns, coupons, and operational initiatives
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from brief through launch
- Partner with channel managers to synthesize campaign performance and identify opportunities
- Assist in forecasting and modeling for program design and approvals
- Monitor weekly/monthly program performance and provide actionable insights
- Support loyalty program evolution based on member behavior
- Execute operational workflows including QA, legal copy review, and offer setup in dotCMS
- Collaborate with Tech and Marketing Ops to support feature launches
- Maintain cross-functional coordination for consistent member experiences
