Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing.
- Proven experience managing complex integrations involving multiple business units.
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in project management and relevant software tools.
- Ability to travel heavily for integration or compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the acquisition integration strategy.
- Lead the creation of integration roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the integration of people, processes, technology, and systems.
- Lead change management efforts during integrations.
- Monitor systems and training to ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA, DEA, etc.).
- Oversee chart audit processes and implement internal controls.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
- Drive innovation and identify new technologies to streamline integration.
