Requirements
- 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS roles
- Proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises
- Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals
- Fluency in structured qualification methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Strong executive and technical buyer fluency
- Consultative selling approach
- Operational discipline with CRM and forecasting
- Collaboration mindset for cross-functional teamwork
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
- Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
- Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation, proposals, and negotiations
- Translate technical value into business outcomes
- Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders
- Create and drive mutual action plans with customers
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in Salesforce
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
