  • Proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises
  • Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals
  • Fluency in structured qualification methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Strong executive and technical buyer fluency
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Operational discipline with CRM and forecasting
  • Collaboration mindset for cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
  • Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
  • Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation, proposals, and negotiations
  • Translate technical value into business outcomes
  • Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders
  • Create and drive mutual action plans with customers
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in Salesforce
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
