Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or related technical role.
- Strong technical aptitude with SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, SFTP, and SQL.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Experience in ecommerce, logistics, shipping, or supply chain (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience building processes from scratch in a startup environment.
- Interest in AI-powered support tools and automation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales during prospect evaluations to validate technical requirements and scope.
- Define onboarding scope and create implementation plans.
- Serve as the primary owner for all new customer implementations from signature to launch.
- Manage 20+ concurrent onboarding and implementation projects.
- Assist with carrier and order system integrations (UPS, FedEx, Shopify, etc.).
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and internal knowledge base.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered support and onboarding tools.
- Identify customer feedback trends to advocate for product improvements.
