Requirements
- 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, especially with Sales
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on enterprise accounts across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms
- Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support
- Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts
- Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy
- Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs
- Develop nurture programs tailored to enterprise buying committees
- Run experiments to improve engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation
- Improve marketing automation and campaign operations
- Help define scalable demand gen processes as Spellbook grows
