Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience managing direct reports and developing people.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of local and geo-targeted campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through paid digital programs.
  • Strong skills in data and reporting (Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM).
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation strategy and execution for AutoVitals.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display.
  • Develop email nurture programs to drive pipeline.
  • Define and track KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, and ROAS.
  • Align demand gen programs with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Evaluate and test new marketing channels.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a small demand generation team.
  • Build processes, reporting, and operational playbooks.
