Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact).
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, and integrated event follow-ups.
- Manage email and nurture campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Own the end-to-end webinar program strategy and execution within Zoom.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagements.
- Own event logistics end-to-end, including product placement strategy, equipment requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral.
