Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 5+ years in a senior demand generation leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in building and scaling full-funnel demand generation strategies.
  • Experience in B2B environments such as SaaS, IT, or financial services.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Analytical capabilities with experience in attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales on ABM and revenue alignment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with company growth objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead full-funnel marketing programs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align lead management, pipeline goals, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and routing systems to improve lead quality and sales conversion efficiency.
  • Oversee marketing technology, automation platforms, attribution models, and analytics to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Manage demand generation budget allocation, vendor relationships, and ROI optimization across channels.
  • Lead continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve performance and scalability.
