Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 5+ years in a senior demand generation leadership role.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling full-funnel demand generation strategies.
- Experience in B2B environments such as SaaS, IT, or financial services.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Analytical capabilities with experience in attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales on ABM and revenue alignment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with company growth objectives, revenue targets, and go-to-market priorities.
- Lead full-funnel marketing programs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align lead management, pipeline goals, and performance metrics.
- Optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and routing systems to improve lead quality and sales conversion efficiency.
- Oversee marketing technology, automation platforms, attribution models, and analytics to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Manage demand generation budget allocation, vendor relationships, and ROI optimization across channels.
- Lead continuous experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve performance and scalability.
