- Lead the development and continuous improvement of commission/sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics that inform strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Own the Salesforce CRM roadmap for the Sales team, driving adoption, data integrity, and the rollout of new tools and capabilities
- Identify trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, compelling narratives around the numbers
- Influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize commercial performance
