Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV).
  • Experience managing paid social budgets across Mexico and/or Canada.
  • Proficiency in platform-native tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS products and B2B sales funnels.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stack including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Skilled in ad trafficking, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition strategy across paid social channels.
  • Adapt and localize global paid social strategies for Mexico and Canada.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy from targeting and creative to trafficking and optimization.
  • Use A/B testing to improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze and present campaign performance, implementing recommendations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Gen, and Brand Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking and ensure proper CRM integration and attribution.
