Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience administering and integrating multiple GTM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining success criteria.
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Workato, Zapier, Tray, MuleSoft).
- Active use of AI tools in daily work and administration of AI features.
- Strong self-management and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce as our system of record.
- Administer the broader GTM stack, including Gong, Gong Engage, Qualified, Salesforce CPQ, and data enrichment platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into well-scoped technical requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across the GTM stack using native connectors, APIs, and middleware.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to revenue workflows.
- Triage and resolve user requests with clear communication.
- Lead tool evaluations and implementations.
