Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of client/customer management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Healthcare/biotech/pharma experience (preferred).
- Agency experience (preferred).
- Strong organization, prioritization, and self-starter skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in driving strategic partnerships with clients.
- Act as liaison between client and project teams.
- Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client project.
- Partner with Project Management Team to execute projects from initiation through closing.
- Develop and manage project creative briefs and client scope statements.
- Monitor project-related risks and issues.
- Execute client status meetings and prepare materials.
- Provide final approval on deliverables to ensure strategic objectives.
