Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical sales, electrical engineering, or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and related infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and/or large-scale end users.
  • Proven ability to influence technical specifications and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic account lead for national electrical contractor partners and key end users across assigned territories.
  • Drive specification preference by influencing project design decisions and positioning advanced electrical infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support including drawing reviews, specification analysis, and consultative guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, consulting engineers, and internal teams to support design-build opportunities.
  • Deliver technical training sessions, product seminars, and capability-building workshops.
  • Support forecasting, project pipeline development, and coordination with regional sales and application engineering teams.
  • Provide voice-of-customer insights to product teams.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships to drive business growth.
