Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in electrical sales, electrical engineering, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and related infrastructure solutions.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and/or large-scale end users.
- Proven ability to influence technical specifications and drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic account lead for national electrical contractor partners and key end users across assigned territories.
- Drive specification preference by influencing project design decisions and positioning advanced electrical infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical pre-sales support including drawing reviews, specification analysis, and consultative guidance.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, consulting engineers, and internal teams to support design-build opportunities.
- Deliver technical training sessions, product seminars, and capability-building workshops.
- Support forecasting, project pipeline development, and coordination with regional sales and application engineering teams.
- Provide voice-of-customer insights to product teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships to drive business growth.
