  • 3–6 years of experience in technology partnerships, fintech sales, SaaS, digital banking, or strategic account management
  • Comfortable in partner or client-facing conversations
  • Professional, personable, and credible demeanor
  • Organized self-starter with ability to track commitments
  • Ability to learn complex products quickly and explain them simply
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
  • Exposure to contracts, negotiations, or pricing discussions

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with fintech and technology partners
  • Run bi-weekly/monthly partner calls and track action items
  • Monitor partner product updates and integration developments
  • Escalate complex issues or major commercial decisions
  • Serve as the internal product expert for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Support AMs in identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Facilitate partner training sessions and maintain internal documentation
  • Manage commercial tasks including pricing, discounts, and contract renewals
  • Track partner performance metrics and report trends to leadership
  • Coordinate on partner integration issues and client-facing escalations
