Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in technology partnerships, fintech sales, SaaS, digital banking, or strategic account management
- Comfortable in partner or client-facing conversations
- Professional, personable, and credible demeanor
- Organized self-starter with ability to track commitments
- Ability to learn complex products quickly and explain them simply
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
- Exposure to contracts, negotiations, or pricing discussions
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with fintech and technology partners
- Run bi-weekly/monthly partner calls and track action items
- Monitor partner product updates and integration developments
- Escalate complex issues or major commercial decisions
- Serve as the internal product expert for Sales and Account Management teams
- Support AMs in identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Facilitate partner training sessions and maintain internal documentation
- Manage commercial tasks including pricing, discounts, and contract renewals
- Track partner performance metrics and report trends to leadership
- Coordinate on partner integration issues and client-facing escalations
