Requirements
- 3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience
- Experience in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS highly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of outbound activity and qualified pipeline generation
- Experience prospecting into law firms or legal departments
- Comfortable speaking to SEO, paid media, and digital marketing
- CRM proficiency

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold outreach, email sequencing, LinkedIn, phone, and referrals
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective law firm clients
- Book qualified meetings and pass well-documented opportunities to Account Executives
- Build and support pipelines for both existing AEs and future sales team growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records across outreach activity, conversations, and pipeline status
- Track and report on activity metrics, meeting volume, and pipeline contribution to leadership weekly
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine outreach messaging and prospecting strategies
- Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments
