Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience
  • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks
  • Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to operate as a sole contributor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours

Responsibilities

  • Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations
  • Manage the full pipeline from first touch to close
  • Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation
  • Elevate the company brand to attract larger and more established clients
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content
