Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Quota-Carrying background in sales or account management.
- Change Management skills to coach sales leadership.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to create/translate content into French or Spanish (preferred).
- Experience with Lessonly, Showpad, and/or Jira (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Architect Enablement Strategies to close performance gaps.
- Drive Change Management and implement learning programs.
- Lead High-Impact Training for Renewal Account Executives.
- Advocate for development investment for the Renewals team.
- Embed cultural principles across the organization.
- Bridge strategy and action by turning analytical insights into intervention playbooks.
