Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of progressive working experience.
- 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, and/or sales management experience in healthcare.
- Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data.
- Proven ability to identify, lead, and retain talented teams.
- Proven track record of success as a sales leader.
- Salesforce expertise.
- Proficiency with Google Suite of Products.
- Familiarity with Value-Based Care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of sales engineering, effectiveness, solution design, and deal support.
- Lead a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling, and value calculations.
- Develop and implement playbooks for growth operations.
- Coordinate SME participation in prospect and client-facing meetings.
- Counsel senior sales talent on complex deals and named accounts.
- Drive key analysis and reporting to maximize operational leverage.
- Set strategy and direction for identifying potential health system and network targets.
- Manage and enforce rigorous SLAs for complex deal modeling.
- Hire, coach, develop, and mentor a team of 3+ SMEs.
