Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive working experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales, operations, and/or sales management experience in healthcare.
  • Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data.
  • Proven ability to identify, lead, and retain talented teams.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader.
  • Salesforce expertise.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite of Products.
  • Familiarity with Value-Based Care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of sales engineering, effectiveness, solution design, and deal support.
  • Lead a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling, and value calculations.
  • Develop and implement playbooks for growth operations.
  • Coordinate SME participation in prospect and client-facing meetings.
  • Counsel senior sales talent on complex deals and named accounts.
  • Drive key analysis and reporting to maximize operational leverage.
  • Set strategy and direction for identifying potential health system and network targets.
  • Manage and enforce rigorous SLAs for complex deal modeling.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and mentor a team of 3+ SMEs.
