- Experience managing department budgets.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction, strategy, and vision for the entire DE&TH function.
- Manage at least two teams or sub-teams via other managers.
- Develop capacity models and manage departmental budget.
- Strategize with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Security.
- Identify patterns for systemic problem solving.
- Create a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
