Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 to 10 plus years of overall experience in SAP and enterprise system transformation programs.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS, including strong exposure to S/4HANA environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP GTS modules such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of global trade processes including export/import regulations, customs procedures, ECCN, HTS codes, and trade compliance standards.
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and logistics systems.
- Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementation projects, preferably in complex or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in agile or iterative project delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GTS solutions including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA GTS solutions.
- Support end-to-end ERP transformation phases including blueprinting, system build, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Configure and optimize SAP GTS integrations with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and other logistics and enterprise systems.
- Support global trade compliance processes including export/import controls, license determination, embargo checks, customs valuation, and duty optimization.
- Contribute to the development of functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows, and data governance standards.
- Assist in evaluating third-party tools and bolt-on solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Support data mapping, testing activities, and defect resolution.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
