Requirements
- 3+ years of delivery experience on cloud or data engineering projects.
- 3+ years as a Project Manager working with US timezone customers.
- Hands-on fluency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Clockify.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of driving outcomes and managing fixed-bid projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery metrics like velocity and burndown.
- Ability to manage scope change negotiations with data.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Build project plans in Smartsheet from scope of work.
- Track scope, hours, and budget in real time.
- Maintain live risk register and RAID log.
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove sprint blockers and drive escalation closure.
- Translate technical progress into business language for customers.
- Facilitate architecture reviews across India and US time zones.
- Produce weekly customer status updates.
- Negotiate scope changes with formal impact analysis.
- Drive sprint predictability using velocity and burndown tracking.
