Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading data center migration to AWS
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of AWS services: VPC, networking, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS
- Hands-on experience delivering cloud migration programs
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Clockify
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to manage internal and external teams
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data center migration to AWS
- Drive modernization initiatives including containerization, refactoring, and automation
- Develop and maintain project plans, migration schedules, RAID logs, and status reports
- Align cross-functional teams and ensure activities meet enterprise architecture guidelines
- Conduct agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrators
- Act as primary point of contact for engineering and client stakeholders
- Negotiate scope changes and facilitate project documentation
- Handle team administrative tasks such as timesheet and calendar management
