  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Proven problem-solving and risk identification ability

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for government agencies, regulatory boards, and public health departments
  • Develop and execute mission-aligned customer success plans
  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
