- Ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders
- Experience managing complex enterprise or public sector accounts
- Experience with long sales or procurement cycles (RFP environments)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven problem-solving and risk identification ability
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for government agencies, regulatory boards, and public health departments
- Develop and execute mission-aligned customer success plans
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
- Monitor customer health and usage data to provide actionable insights
- Manage complex escalations and cross-functional issue resolution
- Conduct executive business reviews to assess value realization
- Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and regulatory requirements
