Requirements
- Active Peer Recovery Certification (Required).
- Minimum 1 year of peer recovery experience.
- Experience facilitating support groups.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II regulations.
- Case management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a start-up environment.
- Preferred experience in customer service settings.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group-based interventions on SUD topics with and without standardized curriculum.
- Co-facilitate multidisciplinary groups such as shared follow-up appointments.
- Provide evidence-based SUD services including psychoeducational, CBT, and skills-development groups.
- Manage crisis intervention remotely.
- Prepare clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II.
- Manage member communications across multiple digital channels.
- Provide individualized resources and handle referrals and discharges.
- Work a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend groups.
