- Proven experience in building and managing high-stakes meetings

- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and scale content
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy
- Act as a primary advisor to the leadership team
- Craft impactful messaging for All Hands, internal memos, and sensitive organizational changes
- Work fluidly across Clinical and Corporate teams to ensure the right message to the right audience
- Develop creative content programs including video, podcasts, and interactive digital experiences
- Exercise strong judgment in high-pressure situations for crisis and change management
- Evaluate and implement the internal communications tech stack
- Build internal communication processes with an AI-first mentality
