- Experience in inside or phone-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask phone and CRM documentation simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability
- Dedicated home office space

Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom
- Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email
- Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision
- Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement
- Build trust quickly with families and guide them to best-fit care options
- Partner with senior living communities to coordinate tours and support conversion
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training
