Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SharePoint
- Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional, polite, and service-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company documents, folders, and operational records
- Maintain and administer systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Gusto
- Monitor and manage operational inboxes and workflows
- Take ownership of routine operational requests and administrative tasks
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Follow up with new hires and internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation
- Manage various company portals and administrative systems
- Prioritize and route incoming requests appropriately
- Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies where appropriate
