Requirements

  • 3+ years of front-line sales management experience in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Strong experience collaborating with strategic channel ecosystems.
  • Expertise in accurate forecasting and pipeline inspection.
  • Ability to analyze regional sales performance data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on landing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Engage CISOs, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Lead regional deal strategy including account planning, multi-threading, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive a channel-first sales motion working with strategic partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product.
  • Provide regional market insights to inform product strategy.
