Requirements
- 3+ years of front-line sales management experience in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and closing complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
- Strong experience collaborating with strategic channel ecosystems.
- Expertise in accurate forecasting and pipeline inspection.
- Ability to analyze regional sales performance data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on landing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
- Engage CISOs, security leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
- Lead regional deal strategy including account planning, multi-threading, and competitive positioning.
- Drive a channel-first sales motion working with strategic partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product.
- Provide regional market insights to inform product strategy.
