Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FF&E logistics, supply chain management, or procurement.
- Experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects.
- Proven experience supervising factory production and performing quality checks.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate international and domestic logistics.
- Experience managing storage facilities, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
- Track record overseeing loading/unloading and equipment rental.
- Hands-on experience with remote or difficult-access job sites.
- Ability to read technical documents such as spec sheets, shop drawings, and BOQs.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management and tracking systems.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Supervise FF&E production at factories in Latam & Europe and conduct quality checks.
- Monitor arrival of goods and manage storage operations at the Preá facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and handle all transport paperwork.
- Plan and manage logistics for final-mile deliveries in challenging sandy/off-road terrain.
- Hire and coordinate equipment, including 4x4 trucks and machinery for loading/unloading.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with construction teams to ensure site readiness.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
