- Design and oversee MEP systems for luxury villas and hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes and high-end industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems into projects.
- Participate in spatial coordination with architectural and structural models, and research methodologies, equipment, and systems.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges during the design phase.
- Develop technical drawings and specifications using CAD and Revit, supported by BIM modelers.
- Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing.
- Select equipment in line with project requirements and sustainability goals.
- Contribute to value engineering discussions to balance cost, quality, and performance.
- Supervise, review, and approve deliverables from third-party designers, consultants, and surveyors.
- Stay updated on technologies, trends, and regulations for power supply and distribution systems in luxury hospitality.
