Interior Designer / FF&E specialist

Requirements:

• A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Interior design within high-end residential/hospitality projects.
• At least five to seven years of professional experience as an Interior Designer.
• Good knowledge of material properties and solutions.
• Ability to think from small to big scale in spatial setups.
• Fluency in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up, and Adobe Suite programs.
• Ability to produce sketch renders in rendering software.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills, meeting high industry standards.
• Portfolio sample of work (both professional and academic).
• Professional level of English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts.
• Produce Interior Sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders.
• Specify high-quality products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals.
• Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers, particularly in Brazil and South America.
• Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for tropical areas.
• Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality.
• Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects.
