Project Manager (Automation, BMS, and Energy Controls)
  • Manage automation, BMS, and energy controls scopes from design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Represent the owner and coordinate with designers, system integrators, general contractors, and commissioning teams.
  • Oversee integration of automation, BMS, electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
  • Develop, track, and report schedules, budgets, and forecasts for automation and energy controls scopes.
  • Review control strategies, sequences of operations, system architectures, and technical specifications for compliance with owner standards and performance requirements.
  • Support technical reviews of submittals and procurement plans for long-lead automation, controls, and energy management equipment.
  • Identify automation- and energy-related risks to uptime, redundancy, and scalability, and lead mitigation strategies.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and field changes related to automation, BMS, and energy controls.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Support commissioning and turnover, and ensure deliverables comply with applicable codes, owner standards, and quality practices.
