- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to mitigate risks.
- Review project correspondence for client protection and compliance.
- Conduct contractor audits for compliance with contract terms.
- Support review and negotiation of claims and extensions.
- Stay updated on construction-related legislation and best practices.
- Mentor and train as required.
