• Strong understanding of construction and building systems.
• Experience with contract management and various project delivery methods.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.

• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct forensic analysis of existing systems for performance improvement.
• Research new technologies and assess feasibility.
• Manage vendor selection and contract compliance.
• Facilitate decision-making processes for clients.
• Prepare RFPs and project approvals.
• Maintain accurate project meeting records.
